Technical evidence first
Investors and lenders need a credible account of what is being built, how it works, what it costs, who will deliver it and which approvals are required. Unverified technical assumptions cannot be repaired by an attractive financial model.
The commercial case
Demand, pricing, offtake agreements, working capital and operating costs determine whether a project can service financing. Sensitivity analysis and independent review are essential for understanding the downside, not just the base case.
Execution and governance
Counterparty strength, contractor selection, permitting, safety and construction sequencing can alter project outcomes. Good governance makes risks visible and assigns responsibility before capital is committed.
